# Fee division

## &#x20;🏚️ Manor Fees  <a href="#where-the-pool-fees-go" id="where-the-pool-fees-go"></a>

You must have noticed that some Manors have 4% desposit fee.&#x20;

Fees are collected to promote the ecosystem, manage burns and allow for continued development.

Fees from pools are distributed as follows:

* **70%** goes to generate income in the haunted forest 🧟
* **30%** for marketing and development. ⚙️
